Text Answering Service
Program Description: Textanswering.com is a Text Message Answering Service for businesses, powered by Skycore, LLC. Similar to existing call answering services, where mobile subscribers request a phone call back from a business, these texting services provide mobile subscribers a simple and easy way to request a “text back” from a participating business. Mobile subscribers simply text a word or phrase to the shortcode controlled exclusively by the Text Answering Service. The Text Answering Service will automatically reply with a standard text message back to the mobile subscriber informing them that the specific business will text them back on a separate, text-enabled phone number owned and controlled by the particular business. The Text Answering Service will then notify the participating business and the business will text the mobile subscriber back on their own assigned number. The Text Answering service may also ask the mobile subscriber for their preferred channel of communication and inform the business. For example, the business may support communication on various other channels such as a chat app, email, voice, or video. All interactions on the Text Answering Service shortcode are initiated by a mobile subscriber and are not recurring in nature (eg they are one-time interactions). All replies sent from the shortcode are controlled solely by the Text Answering Service. All subsequent text communications from participating businesses originate from their own registered text-enabled phone numbers and these numbers are controlled by each business individually. The Textanswering.com service will only work directly with individual businesses and does not permit 3rd party lead generation services to use the service to collect contact information. Participating businesses shall each obtain their own consent, if required by law, for future communication based on their use case and their preferred communication channel.

Program Opt-In: This Program allows mobile subscribers to text a word or phrase to a shortcode to request a ‘text back’ from a business. By texting a keyword related to this Program, you are agreeing to Our Terms, agreeing to receive a text messaging interactive reply from this Program, and agreeing to receive text messages from the business affiliated with the keyword. The Program Sponsor will not request your consent for recurring messages because all text message communications from the Program Sponsor are one time interactions. When a business texts you back from their own text-enabled business number, they may request your consent to receive recurring communication by text message depending on the channel and type of messages they will be sending you. You must be 18 or older or have permission from a parent or guardian to participate.
Cost and Frequency: There are no additional fees or premium charges to receive text messages, however, message and data rates may apply. Each interaction may include one or more replies from the program sponsor in order to determine the preferred contact method of the mobile subscriber. The number and frequency of reply messages from the Program Sponsor may vary, however, all messages will all be part of the same text interactive conversation.
Opt-Out: This program does not support recurring messaging. All text messages sent to mobile subscribers by the Text Answering Service are in response to a mobile subscriber initiated request. To opt-out of receiving text messaging conversational replies from this the Text Answer Service, text or reply “STOP” to 60856. You will receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out of this Program on that shortcode. Your opt-out from this Program will not unsubscribe you from other Programs you may have consented to receive text messages from on other shortcodes, toll-free numbers, or text-enabled business phone numbers. To opt-out of receiving text messages from other numbers, typically by texting or replying “STOP” to that text-enabled business number, you will be unsubscribed from future communication. If you send a text message to this shortcode in the future or provide your consent to receive messages on this short code, you will again receive text messages for the Text Answering Service. At all times, you must clearly communicate your intent to unsubscribe from the 60856 by texting only the word “STOP”. Additional supported opt-out commands that can be sent include “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “STOP ALL”.
No Warranty: We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages. Delivery or timeliness of mobile messages is not guaranteed and subject to the sender or recipient’s service, connectivity, mobile device, and wireless service provider/network. Mobile Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages. SMS and MMS messaging content may not be compatible with all phone models or carriers. Participating carriers include but are not limited to Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS.
Miscellaneous: You warrant and represent that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time and you acknowledge your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to be aware of any such changes. Your continued participation in the service after any such change shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms. In the event that there is a conflict between any of the terms stated herein and the terms referenced by hyperlinks above, the terms referenced by hyperlinks above will prevail.
